AI Product Manager

Salary: $202,000–$230,000 base salary per year, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for the core AI agent experience.
• Drive discovery, activation, adoption, and long-term team usage of AI agents.
• Partner with design and user research to develop interactions for creating, directing, reviewing, and giving feedback to agents.
• Lead enterprise customer discovery, pilots, and betas, translating findings into product strategy.
• Design delegation experiences that provide transparency, control, and trustworthy feedback loops.
• Define engagement metrics, instrument tracking, and continuously improve the product experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally with AI products, collaboration software, or enterprise workflows.
• Experience creating intuitive, high-quality user experiences with design and user research partners.
• Customer-facing experience with enterprise customers and strong product decision-making based on customer insights.
• Daily familiarity with modern AI tools and a strong understanding of human-agent collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and leadership.
