Project Manager, IMU - Navigation

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex navigation subsystem projects from concept through completion.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, program management, business, and external stakeholders.
• Support system engineering, testing, quality, configuration management, and safety-critical development plans.
• Monitor performance, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and resource utilization.
• Establish project governance, reporting, reviews, audits, and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of hands-on project management experience in defence, aerospace, navigation, avionics, electronics systems, or safety-critical systems.
• Experience managing complex technical or engineering development programs.
• Demonstrated delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to quality requirements.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, governance frameworks, financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, project reporting, and financial management tools.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced project management qualifications.
