What you will do
- Deliver assigned NPI projects in alignment with programme objectives, portfolio priorities, and Product Commercialisation Process governance.
- Lead project scope, schedules, costs, risks, quality, milestones, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
- Translate programme direction into executable project plans and Work Breakdown Structures.
- Manage RAID logs, project-level change control, resource constraints, and escalation to the Programme Manager.
- Provide accurate reporting to programme governance forums and maintain alignment with evolving requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and coach project managers and associate project managers on project management best practices.
Requirements
- Recognised project or programme management qualification, such as APM PMQ or Prince2, or equivalent experience.
- Degree-level education in a technical, engineering, or science discipline.
- Significant experience managing complex technical programmes or projects spanning multiple phases or years, including projects with software content.
- Experience influencing and managing across global teams, with strong influencing and negotiation skills at multiple organizational levels.
- Ability to analyse complex programme requirements and create Work Breakdown Structures.
- Experience with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, project methodologies, and RAID logs.
