Field Operations Coordinator - Santa Monica, CA

Location: Santa Monica, CA; ideal candidates reside in or near Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, or Mid-City, California. Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. PST.

Salary: $27.00-$29.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

hirify.global operates a wholesale vehicle marketplace and helps customers manage vehicle sales more effectively.

What you will do

• Conduct engine, transmission, interior, and exterior vehicle assessments using hirify.global's mobile application.
• Document vehicle damage and other inspection findings accurately and submit detailed reports through the designated platform.
• Coordinate with dealerships and ensure inspections follow hirify.global standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager, sales team, operations team, and dealerships.
• Distribute flyers and promotional materials to buying dealers as part of marketing support.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of automotive experience as a vehicle mechanic or equivalent mechanical background.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Proficiency with technology, including electronic submission of inspection reports.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
