AV Operations Specialist (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States — onsite

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Monitor and support autonomous vehicles in real time during daily operations.
• Maintain rigorous safety procedures, monitor vehicle health, and track site performance metrics.
• Coordinate technical issue resolution with engineering teams and provide real-time autonomy feedback.
• Train and coach Autonomous Vehicle Operators through team huddles, video reviews, and ride-alongs.
• Maintain accurate operational records and investigate accidents, incidents, escalations, and customer complaints.
• Test software changes with a focus on safety and represent hirify.global when interacting with the public.

Requirements

• Experience leading processes and driving continuous improvement in a fast-adapting, customer-focused environment.
• Previous experience at a technology-focused company.
• Strong technical aptitude, communication skills, attention to detail, and judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Experience with Google Suite applications, including Gmail, Sheets, and Docs.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to work onsite in the United States.
• Availability for weekends, early mornings, evenings, holidays, outdoor work, prolonged standing, and occasional travel to other sites.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience in a fast-adapting and customer-focused environment.
• Associate degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or a related field.
• Experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management.
