Property Operations Maintenance Lead

Location: On-site at 6 Hamilton Pl, Boston, Massachusetts, United States. The schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires regular access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance.

Salary: $28–$30 per hour, with potential overtime compensation, equity, bonuses, and benefits.

What you will do

• Maintain the functionality and efficiency of in-unit supplies, technology, and building systems.
• Inspect units, common areas, and public spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, maintenance quality, and readiness for check-in.
• Complete routine repairs, including fixing broken items, installing furnishings, replacing hardware, repairing drywall, and painting.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute cost-effective property improvements aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external partners to improve operational results and guest satisfaction.
• Respond to emergencies when available outside scheduled hours, with overtime compensation on defined days off or after working hours.

Requirements

• Comfortable using tools and solving common minor repair and maintenance issues.
• Proficient with modern technology tools used to complete daily work.
• Experience maintaining quality standards, improving processes, and coordinating with external partners.
• Reliable, punctual, collaborative, and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays when business needs require.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a confident, empathetic, and creative approach to guest and operational needs.
• Reliable vehicle access, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance required.
