VP, Program Management Office (PMO)

What you will do

• Lead the global Program Management organization and define its operating model, strategy, objectives, KPIs, resource plans, and capability development.
• Direct execution of the global product development portfolio, including integrated planning, dependency management, executive reviews, stage-gate governance, and portfolio reporting.
• Own financial governance for development portfolios, including budgets, investment planning, resource forecasting, capital planning, ROI analysis, and financial performance.
• Govern product execution from concept through development, verification, validation, NPI, launch, hypercare, sustainment, refreshes, and end-of-life planning.
• Lead engineering change governance, configuration control, release planning, manufacturing readiness, supply readiness, production planning, and launch execution.
• Build a high-performing global organization through workforce planning, succession management, career paths, coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 20+ years of progressive leadership in Program Management, PMO, TPM, Product Operations, or engineering execution.
• 10+ years leading global Program Management organizations.
• Demonstrated success building enterprise PMOs and governance frameworks.
• Expertise in portfolio management, stage-gate governance, integrated planning, financial governance, and executive reporting.
• Experience leading complex hardware, software, manufacturing, and engineering development programs, including NPI, engineering change management, configuration management, and product lifecycle execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical discipline; MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
