VP, Program Management Office (PMO) (Energy Storage)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise program execution across the Product Business Unit and manage the global product development portfolio.
• Establish the PMO operating model, governance framework, integrated master planning, dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Own stage-gate governance, milestone approvals, portfolio health assessments, risk mitigation, and executive escalations.
• Direct financial governance, development budgets, investment planning, resource forecasting, and portfolio performance.
• Lead product lifecycle execution from concept and development through verification, validation, NPI, production launch, sustainment, and end-of-life planning.
• Build and develop a global Program Management organization while coordinating Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 20+ years of progressive leadership in Program Management, PMO, TPM, Product Operations, or engineering execution.
• 10+ years leading global Program Management organizations.
• Demonstrated success building enterprise PMOs and governance frameworks.
• Expertise in portfolio management, stage-gate governance, integrated planning, financial governance, and executive reporting.
• Experience leading complex hardware, software, manufacturing, and engineering development programs, including NPI, engineering change management, configuration management, and product lifecycle execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical discipline; U.S. work authorization without employer visa sponsorship is required.

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience with investment planning, business cases, ROI assessments, and manufacturing transfers.
