Network Delivery Program Manager

Location: U.S. Remote, with listed locations in New York, NY; Austin, TX; and San Francisco, CA. Travel: 50%.

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 base salary annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the network critical path for site activation, from structured cabling and optics through circuit turn-up, switch and router delivery, and vendor integration.
• Define network readiness gates, acceptance criteria, and sign-offs for moving sites from construction into production.
• Coordinate network engineering, network operations, deployment, supply chain, and colocation or construction partners.
• Surface schedule risks before go-live and run network change and incident programs through closure.
• Track corrective actions, recurrence patterns, fleet-wide trends, vendor performance, RMA turnaround, and integration delivery.
• Ensure the technical standards set by the Principal Operations Engineer, Network, are implemented on schedule across every site.

Requirements

• Experience running network deployment or infrastructure delivery programs at scale.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, optics, carrier circuit timelines, switch and router deployment, and network integration risks.
• Experience creating activation or readiness frameworks, including gates and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to coordinate engineering, deployment, supply chain, and external partners without direct authority.
• Experience tracking corrective actions and vendor performance through completion using live reporting.
• Clear written communication for converting complex delivery issues into decisions and next actions.

Nice to have

• Hyperscale or large colocation network deployment experience, including 100k+ endpoint fabrics.
• Hardware supply chain and RMA program ownership across OEMs, ODMs, or integrators.
• Program management credentials such as PMP or PgMP.
• Python, Jira or Smartsheet automation, and custom dashboard experience.
