Salary: $92,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and deliver technical and safety training for renewable energy assets, including wind, solar, and battery storage.
• Travel to sites (50-70% of the time) to conduct classroom and on-the-job training for field technicians.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging course content.
• Design skills enhancement strategies to support continuous improvement of technician knowledge.
• Support site safety needs, including performing safety audits and incident investigations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience in electrical generation, specifically within renewable energy.
• Proven experience in technical training development and delivery.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and work in mechanical environments.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA standards, safety program concepts, and codes.
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; Clearway will not sponsor non-immigrant visas (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.)

Nice to have

• Education or technical field training specifically related to renewable energy.
• Instructor certification, military training, or journeyman training.
