What you will do

• Review customer specifications and third-party transformer design packages to ensure technical compliance.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers, the company, and third-party manufacturers.
• Support sales teams through technical discussions, bid preparation, and customer calls.
• Identify and recommend design changes to improve product competitiveness and project efficiency.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical expertise and training to junior staff and customers regarding transformer applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in high-voltage main power and distribution transformers.
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in high-voltage substations and the Transmission, Distribution, or Power Generation industry.
• Proven ability to review technical drawings, including electrical schematics and one-line diagrams.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and safety standards for power engineering.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as this role is restricted to US applicants.
