Support Engineer (Market Surveillance)

Location: Wrocław, Poland; hybrid work with at least 3 days a week in-office

Salary: PLN 169,000–330,000 gross annually, plus short-term incentives and equity where applicable

What you will do

• Support client production and test environments, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Translate client needs into actionable technical solutions and product enhancements.
• Design, develop, and maintain software components and infrastructure for scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimize system architecture.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across time zones on delivery objectives and client outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong Linux expertise and experience in DevOps or programming roles.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
• Clear communication skills and experience in client-facing or collaborative matrixed environments.
• Ability to work from the Wrocław office at least 3 days per week.

• Experience in client-facing or customer support engineering.
