Junior Product Support Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid work with three days per week in the office, or two days for a parent of a child up to four years old.

What you will do

• Track and resolve day-to-day inquiries and troubleshoot Financial Reporting issues.
• Act as the point of contact for Unity internal application issues and queries.
• Analyze business problems and help design automated solutions for manual processes.
• Support training and the rollout of new products and enhancements.
• Perform regression testing and deploy wellness checks for system upgrades and developments.
• Participate in local and global meetings focused on Financial Reporting process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• English at C1 level.
• Analytical skills and logical thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand global business considerations when implementing business systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business users and systems personnel.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, database applications, programming, or quality assurance procedures.
