What you will do
- Assist with system maintenance and implement corrective solutions.
- Perform initial diagnosis and verification of incidents reported by system users.
- Troubleshoot issues remotely, by phone, and via email.
- Maintain communication with support teams and software developers.
Requirements
- Availability and willingness to work 24/7 coverage with 12-hour shifts
- Communicative English
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Ability to verify information related to reported system failures and support incident resolution.
Nice to have
- Technical education or information technology knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of Unix or OpenVMS.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as BMC Portal, SolarWinds Orion NPM, IBM Tivoli Enterprise Portal, IBM Systems Director, Zabbix, OSSEC, or OP5.
