Middle Tech Support / Junior DevOps Specialist

What you will do

• Monitor and support production infrastructure across multiple environments.
• Investigate and troubleshoot servers, networks, databases, applications, and infrastructure services.
• Support Linux and Windows Server environments, web services, and database platforms.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and alerts using Zabbix or similar tools.
• Support AWS and Microsoft Azure infrastructure, deployments, configuration changes, and routine operations.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams on incident resolution, CI/CD, automation, escalation, and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in technical support, system administration, infrastructure operations, or a related technical role.
• Good understanding of Linux and/or Windows Server, TCP/IP networking, and technical troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD concepts; knowledge of Jenkins, TeamCity, Ansible, Puppet, or similar tools is useful.
• Basic scripting knowledge, preferably Python, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure are useful.
• Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour schedule: three day shifts, three days off, three night shifts, and three days off.
