Location: Chicago, United States; on-site at the Union Square office

Salary: $135,000–$220,000 base salary annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment across Growth teams in North America.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future commercial hiring needs.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality, pace, and consistency.
• Shape Talent processes, programs, tooling, and broader People initiatives.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial conversation through offer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in a high-growth company, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed environment.
• Meaningful experience hiring sales and go-to-market talent across relevant seniority levels.
• Commercial understanding of OTE structures, quota attainment, and revenue impact.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches without compromising quality or pace.
• Comfort working in ambiguity with a bias toward action, direct communication, and decision-making.
