Enterprise Risk Graduate (Fintech)

Location: London, UK; hybrid. Work from home is available on Mondays and Fridays, with office attendance on the other weekdays.

What you will do

• Support the identification and assessment of operational, financial, strategic, compliance, technological, reputational, and environmental risks.
• Help maintain and evolve the Enterprise Risk Management framework across business units.
• Support the deployment and ongoing use of a new Risk Management System.
• Develop KRI reports, provide risk commentary, and collaborate with business subject-matter experts.
• Assess control effectiveness and oversee risk acceptance, risk events, escalation, and resolution processes.
• Facilitate risk workshops and collaborate with stakeholders on risk actions and balanced solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in the financial services sector and understanding of risk or second-line activities.
• Degree-level education or a relevant compliance qualification.
• Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, regulations and enterprise risk framework development.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and quickly understand new business domains.
