What you will do

• Lead commercial governance and relationship management for DFMs, fund managers, and bond providers.
• Oversee contractual agreements and coordinate with Legal and Procurement on updates and amendments.
• Review and approve the onboarding of non-standard investment assets and monitor expected platform flows.
• Manage AML and due diligence activities for offshore assets to ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Produce commercial oversight MI and present relationship updates to governance forums.
• Ensure partnerships align with Consumer Duty and deliver positive customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant experience with investment products, fund managers, or platform propositions.
• Proven track record in managing commercial or investment partner relationships.
• Experience operating within a regulated financial services environment.
• Knowledge of TPRM frameworks, AML processes, and Consumer Duty considerations.
• Strong skills in contract review, negotiation, and commercial judgment.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
