What you will do

• Oversee daily operations across departments and ensure efficient workflows.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to improve operational performance.
• Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to optimize operational procedures.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and overseas offices to maintain operational alignment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams while establishing performance and training plans.
• Report operational performance, challenges, and progress to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Experience managing cross-department operational activities and projects.
• Ability to develop and monitor KPIs and drive process improvement.
• Ability to lead teams, conduct performance evaluations, and create development plans.
• Knowledge of operational risk mitigation and compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Strong reporting and communication skills across organizational levels.
