Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the US, excluding the following states: AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact for high-volume production art and image carrier projects.
• Manage project lifecycles from kickoff to quality output.
• Ensure seamless project flow through the production network.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal and external cross-functional partners.
• Participate in process improvement efforts and production meetings to drive business impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (excluding specific states listed in the location section).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership of deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Experience in managing client expectations and project workflows.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
