Senior Training Specialist with German, AGI-Data Services (AI)

hirify.global is developing generative AI and large language models across its businesses through its AGI-Data Services organization.

What you will do

• Facilitate classroom training using approved curricula and maintain proficiency in assigned training areas.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute end-to-end blended learning programs.
• Manage classroom environments, evaluate trainee performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Use the Learning Management System to enroll and schedule learners and trainings, troubleshoot implementation issues, and publish training reports.
• Collect training effectiveness feedback and communicate progress, observations, and needs to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and document improved training processes and support the Training Manager with training delivery across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent German and English at C1 level or above, both written and spoken.
• Experience in training, technical training, performance management, coaching, mentoring, or training planning.
• Experience developing and implementing training programs, including classroom and tutorial delivery.
• Knowledge of adult learning and training practices, with strong communication, coordination, organization, and continuous improvement skills.
• Experience working with remote teams, leading or coordinating peers, and using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or Flash.
• Ability to select and combine learning methods according to the subject matter.
• Experience working with globally distributed management organizations.
