Digital Nurse Practitioner (Evenings & Weekends)

Location: Remote, United States. Active Texas nurse practitioner licensure is required, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses. Evening shifts begin at 6pm ET. Providers must work at least two four-hour weekend shifts in addition to weekday hours.

Salary: $80/hour regular rate; $90/hour premium rate.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive primary care through asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video.
• Manage complex and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health needs.
• Care for patients across the full age range, from infants through older adults.
• Use hirify.global's proprietary platform, clinical judgment, data, and technology to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to solve patient problems efficiently and compassionately.

Requirements

• 5+ years of advanced clinical experience in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care.
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Texas state licensure required.
• Fluency in medical Spanish, both verbal and written, required.
• Comfort with technology and virtual patient care, including proprietary platforms, Google Suite, and Slack.
• Availability for at least 14 hours per week, including two four-hour weekend shifts; 24+ hours per week qualifies for full-time benefits.
