Product Manager (Healthcare Imaging)

Location: Columbus, Ohio; Irvine, California; or remote within the U.S. Hybrid work flexibility is available.

Avandra Imaging is building a medical imaging data cloud and image exchange platform for healthcare providers, researchers, biopharma, and medical device organizations.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Avandra’s enterprise imaging portfolio.
• Expand digital image exchange capabilities while strengthening physical media solutions.
• Lead products from concept through commercial launch in collaboration with engineering, design, sales, customer success, marketing, and executive leadership.
• Translate customer workflows into product requirements, user stories, and actionable engineering work.
• Engage health systems, imaging centers, and strategic partners through interviews, demonstrations, beta programs, and industry events.
• Develop capabilities that expand participation in Avandra’s imaging data network and measure adoption, customer satisfaction, and launch success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building enterprise healthcare software products and taking them from concept through commercial launch.
• Strong understanding of enterprise imaging workflows, including PACS, VNA, DICOM, and image exchange.
• Ability to translate complex customer workflows into intuitive software solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare interoperability technologies including HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS healthcare platforms.
• Familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with radiology departments, imaging centers, or health systems.
