Senior Product Manager, Integrations Delivery

Location: United States; fully remote U.S. work environment

Salary: $176,000–$207,000 per year, plus equity and broader total compensation.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and execution of integrations across HRIS, identity, cloud, security, ticketing, and other technology ecosystems.
• Partner with engineering and design to manage backlogs, sequence initiatives, and define integration depth and functionality.
• Coordinate technology partnerships and oversee enhancements to the existing integration portfolio.
• Engage with customers to identify integration needs and translate feedback into product priorities.
• Improve integration adoption, discoverability, reliability, and ongoing performance.
• Coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams and measure integration breadth, adoption, data availability, and customer impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting or leading integration delivery, with a track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations.
• Strong understanding of product prioritization frameworks and complex multi-team delivery.
• Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, permissions, data flows, and platform connectivity.
• Strong communication, organization, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Experience engaging customers and translating their needs into measurable product decisions.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and product outcomes.
