Product Manager (AI)

Location: US-REMOTE; remote role with occasional travel for team on-sites and customer events.

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 estimated annual base salary

What you will do

• Own the fulfillment and generation roadmap for transcripts, diplomas, and high school equivalencies.
• Align Parchment product teams, dependent product areas, engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams around shared outcomes.
• Use AI to develop business cases, draft product requirements, validate ideas, and create prototypes.
• Conduct customer research, run discovery experiments, and formulate testable hypotheses.
• Define and track customer and business metrics for product releases.
• Ship improvements that reduce friction, increase reliability, and scale credential fulfillment.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills and a record of aligning multiple teams around shared outcomes.
• Comfort using AI in daily product workflows, including business cases, PRDs, and prototypes.
• Ability to independently conduct customer research and product discovery.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, or similar.
• Strong communication, product ownership, bias toward action, and comfort with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience in edtech, credentialing, higher education, employment verification, identity, or another regulated space.
• Experience with document generation, print/mail fulfillment, or high-volume transactional systems.
• Familiarity with Open Badges, W3C Verifiable Credentials, or CLR.
