Product Manager - Integrations (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden; Copenhagen, Denmark is also an option. EU residency or a valid EU work permit is required.

What you will do

• Own and manage the roadmap for the native integration portfolio.
• Work with customers and commercial teams to identify integration needs and develop standard integrations.
• Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering to scope and deliver integration features.
• Maintain and improve integrations, balancing technical quality and usability.
• Support go-to-market teams with documentation, training, and launch readiness.
• Coordinate with external consultancies delivering selected outsourced integrations and track usage and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a product-related role, such as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
• Understanding of SaaS platforms and B2B user needs.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, or workflow tools.
• Structured approach to discovery, documentation, and decision-making.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows and explore their practical applications.
• Fluent English in written and verbal communication; EU residency or a valid EU work permit.

Nice to have

• Fluency in a Nordic language, German, or Dutch.
