Senior Product Manager (Integrations Delivery)

Location: Remote U.S.

Salary: $176K–$207K cash range, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the integrations development roadmap across HRIS/IDP systems, cloud and security platforms, and ticketing systems.
• Prioritize the backlog and coordinate roadmap planning with engineering, design, product teams, customers, and business stakeholders.
• Partner with integration partnership leads to activate partners before development and manage ongoing enhancements.
• Maintain and improve the existing catalog of more than 430 integrations.
• Gather customer feedback, document integration needs, and prioritize investments based on compliance outcomes.
• Measure and communicate integration breadth, depth, and data availability while supporting marketing, training, and enablement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting integration delivery with a track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations.
• Experience owning an integration catalog or category is preferred.
• Strong understanding of prioritization frameworks and experience coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across product teams and business stakeholders.
• Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, and permissions.
• Curiosity and sound judgment when using AI to improve efficiency and impact.
