What you will do

• Maintain customer offboarding execution timelines across stakeholders.
• Support the offboarding management team with reporting and data.
• Coordinate timely offboarding for AML/FEC-related exits with the enforcement team.
• Coordinate the end-to-end offboarding process and support process, WPI, and procedure improvements.
• Prepare and send client offboarding forms to Front Office and monitor product closures with local operational contacts.
• Upload evidence, re-segment entities, and complete administrative tasks in Vantage, Pega, and Microsoft Outlook.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of banking experience.
• University diploma.
• Mandatory knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, take responsibility, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.
