What you will do

• Perform daily reconciliation of GL intermediation accounts and clearing activities in SAP and TLM.
• Clarify and track unexplained general ledger entries from third-party processors and internal departments.
• Maintain and enhance VBA-based Excel files to streamline reconciliation workflows.
• Execute month, quarter, and annual closure activities within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Identify and implement process optimization ideas to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Finance (GL, Investment funds, or Banking).
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High capacity to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Bucharest.

Nice to have

• Experience in a competence center environment.
• Knowledge of VBA/Excel Macros.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
