Lead Finance Advice (Banking)

What you will do

• Act as the primary finance partner for bankhirify.global business lines, deliverhirify.global insights and recommendations for strategic and operational decisions.
• Own the end-to-end performance view across revenue growth, profitability, Front Office costs, and value creation initiatives.
• Lead budgethirify.global, forecasthirify.global, long-term plannhirify.global, performance monitorhirify.global, and management reporthirify.global.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and business cases from a financial and value creation perspective.
• Prepare financial analysis, dashboards, executive presentations, and reporthirify.global aligned with Group requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team while partnerhirify.global with Finance, Business, Risk, Operations, and Group stakeholders.

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of experience in Finance Business Partnerhirify.global, Performance Management, FP&A, Management Reporthirify.global, or related finance functions.
• Strong understandhirify.global of bankhirify.global financial performance, income generation, profitability, and business-line drivers.
• Experience across multiple bankhirify.global segments, ideally Retail, Business Bankhirify.global, and/or Wholesale Bankhirify.global.
• Knowledge of management reporthirify.global frameworks and processes in a complex financial services environment.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication, influenchirify.global, analytical, presentation, leadership, and team-development skills.
