What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple client integration, upsell, and change projects from deal confirmation through transaction processing.
• Define integration scope based on merchant requirements and business models.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams across Credit and Risk, Technical Integration, Legal, Pricing, and Compliance.
• Manage supplier boarding, KYC documentation, project timelines, progress reporting, and delivery blockers.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and commercial stakeholders while managing expectations and relationships.
• Identify improvements to client onboarding processes and challenge the status quo.

Requirements

• Experience managing customer relationships and coordinating multiple projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence internal stakeholders without formal authority and work within process frameworks.
• Excellent written and spoken English; communicative Polish required.
• Client-focused, commercially minded, detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven.
• Bachelor’s degree in business economics, technology, or a related field is preferred.
