TL;DR
Middle Project Manager (Marketing Domain) (Agile/Scrum): Coordinating delivery across 1–2 Scrum teams in a product software company with an accent on sprint planning, delivery tracking, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. Focus on managing dependencies and risks, improving delivery predictability, coordinating releases, and supporting incident management.
Location: Remote or onsite in Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day delivery for 1–2 Scrum teams and ensure work follows agreed priorities.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating issues when required.
- Maintain Jira hygiene and prepare status updates covering delivery progress, risks, and changes.
- Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Business Analysts, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Support backlog planning, release coordination, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager in a product software company.
- Experience managing delivery for 1–2 Agile/Scrum teams.
- Good understanding of Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery practices.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, including Epics, Boards, Dashboards, and JQL.
- Experience with delivery metrics such as Delivery Rate, Velocity, Cycle Time, and Bug Rate.
- Strong organization, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with RICE, MoSCoW, or ICE backlog prioritization frameworks.
- Experience with release management, dependency management, and incident management.
