Salary: Minimum annual gross base salary 249,750 PLN + 20% annual bonus

What you will do

• Oversee therapeutic areas engaging with external collaborators, government agencies, and alliance partners.
• Lead strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of research studies and provide leadership to Study Managers.
• Facilitate the development of collaboration agreements, budgets, and study plans.
• Act as the primary operational contact for external sites and networks globally.
• Monitor study progress, ensure compliance with laws, and lead contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP), clinical, and regulatory operations.
• Proven project management and leadership experience, including vendor oversight.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Master's degree or advanced professional training.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
