What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage lottery technology projects from initiation through delivery, including online, instant, video, network, server, and software systems.
• Lead project costing activities across multiple jurisdictions, including cost plans, financial forecasts, budget realization, and process improvements.
• Analyze project spending, assess feasibility against budget constraints, and make short- and long-term costing decisions.
• Coordinate project teams, resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery.
• Prepare project plans, recommend solutions aligned with budget obligations, and coordinate customer and internal project review meetings.
• Support project supervision, implementation, quality-system certification, prioritization, and information flow among stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in costing or finance.
• Practical knowledge of costing planning and analysis in line with project requirements.
• Experience leading financial or costing activities in an IT environment.
• Fluent English required.
