Salary: 110–150 PLN net per hour under a B2B contract (approximately 17,600–24,000 PLN per month based on 160 hours).

What you will do

• Lead complex eCommerce software projects using Agile methodologies and manage delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, dependencies, milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Lead re-platforming projects and own the cutover process.
• Support teams with limited Agile experience by improving delivery processes and resolving blockers.
• Manage project resources and budgets while maintaining accurate financial and status reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, senior stakeholders, and sponsors, including handling escalations and setting expectations.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience in software development and eCommerce platform projects, ideally in retail.
• Experience managing re-platforming projects, cutover processes, scope control, and external stakeholder delivery.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, release management, Agile delivery, and lean ways of working.
• Experience leading teams, managing project budgets and financial reporting, and delivering under strict deadlines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, time management, critical thinking, and diplomacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; applicants must submit their CV in English.
