Senior Sales Representative (EDA)

Location: Shin-Yokohama, Yokohama, Japan; fixed working hours from 9:00 to 17:30

What you will do

• Act as the primary sales contact for hirify.global products across specified major customer accounts.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels and sell high-technology, value-based solutions.
• Develop and execute account sales plans, including competitive displacement and creative business proposals.
• Coordinate customer engagements with application engineering, management, and R&D teams.
• Collaborate with global sales teams and contribute to worldwide activities for accounts requiring an international approach.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in a technical field, or a relevant science background for candidates without prior sales experience.
• At least two years of corporate sales experience in a high-technology company, preferably in software or devices.
• Conversational English or higher; English communication is required for collaboration with global sales teams.
• Strong communication skills with engineering and finance stakeholders.
• Teamwork, leadership, flexibility, and the ability to rally internal stakeholders.
• EDA or semiconductor industry experience is advantageous.
