What you will do
- Execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and identify priority opportunities within DENSO.
- Lead and coach the account team, aligning skills and resources to meet performance targets.
- Prepare and support high-level executive meetings and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align roadmaps and technical positioning.
- Manage account governance, including forecasting, risk management, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive semiconductor sales or account management.
- Strong background in people management and team leadership.
- Experience in system-level business expansion at Tier-1 automotive customers.
- Professional proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- Knowledge of automotive E/E architectures, specifically MCU and SoC technologies.
