What you will do

  • Execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and identify priority opportunities within DENSO.
  • Lead and coach the account team, aligning skills and resources to meet performance targets.
  • Prepare and support high-level executive meetings and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align roadmaps and technical positioning.
  • Manage account governance, including forecasting, risk management, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive semiconductor sales or account management.
  • Strong background in people management and team leadership.
  • Experience in system-level business expansion at Tier-1 automotive customers.
  • Professional proficiency in both Japanese and English.
  • Knowledge of automotive E/E architectures, specifically MCU and SoC technologies.
