What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned Industrial and IoT customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify and advance new business opportunities.
- Drive demand creation and manage the full sales pipeline, including forecasting and KPI tracking.
- Lead customer engagements, including business reviews and executive communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with FAE, marketing, and operations to secure wins.
- Manage commercial discussions regarding pricing, supply, and contracts.
Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent proficiency required for customer communication.
- English: Proficiency required for internal collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of B2B sales experience in account management or solution sales.
- Proven ability to manage sales activities against defined targets and KPIs.
- Willingness to actively leverage AI tools to improve productivity and sales efficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience in semiconductors, electronic components, or industrial equipment industries.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
