What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned Industrial and IoT customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify and advance new business opportunities.
  • Drive demand creation and manage the full sales pipeline, including forecasting and KPI tracking.
  • Lead customer engagements, including business reviews and executive communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with FAE, marketing, and operations to secure wins.
  • Manage commercial discussions regarding pricing, supply, and contracts.

Requirements

  • Japanese: Fluent proficiency required for customer communication.
  • English: Proficiency required for internal collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Several years of B2B sales experience in account management or solution sales.
  • Proven ability to manage sales activities against defined targets and KPIs.
  • Willingness to actively leverage AI tools to improve productivity and sales efficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience in semiconductors, electronic components, or industrial equipment industries.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
