Payroll Advisor for Switzerland

Location: Fully remote from Poland; locations listed as Katowice, Poznań, Wrocław, and Warsaw.

What you will do

• Independently prepare payroll accounting for Swiss customers, including mini-jobs, students, temporary staff, interns, and short-term employees.
• Maintain master and transaction data, including time recording and certification.
• Create statistics and payroll evaluations.
• Act as a contact person for assigned customers, offices, health insurance companies, and social insurance carriers.
• Implement the year-end process and answer related questions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll.
• Proficiency in the Abacus system and practical experience with a common payroll system.
• Knowledge of income tax and social security law.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Experienced use of common MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Independent, conscientious, and well-structured working style.
• Strong service and customer orientation.

Nice to have

• German or French language skills.
