Payroll Advisor for Switzerland

Location: Fully remote

hirify.global provides payroll and HR services covering the employee journey from salary payment to talent attraction, rewards, and development.

What you will do

• Independently prepare payroll accounting for Swiss customers, including mini-jobs, students, temporary staff, interns, and short-term employees.
• Maintain master data and transaction data, and manage time recording and certification.
• Create payroll statistics, evaluations, and related reports.
• Act as a contact person for assigned customers, offices, health insurance companies, and social insurance carriers.
• Implement the year-end payroll process and answer related questions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of payroll experience.
• Proficiency in the Abacus system and practical experience with a common payroll system.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of income tax and social security law.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Independent, conscientious, structured, service-oriented, and customer-focused approach.

Nice to have

• German or French language skills.
