What you will do

• Consolidate and maintain data from multiple international delivery locations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and business research for strategic initiatives.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and board-level reporting packs.
• Collaborate with international and cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and present data.

Requirements

• Fluent French speaking and comprehension skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and R Studio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting global operations, shared services, BPM/BPO, or consulting environments is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
