What you will do

• Implement and improve client service standards in response to changing client and market expectations.
• Deliver insights and actionable recommendations during client presentations and business reviews.
• Expand client engagement across a broader range of products and deeper areas of involvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
• Support the team leader and collaborate with Client Engagement teams.

Requirements

• Less than one year of experience in research or marketing within market research, FMCG, or retailing.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills in English and Mandarin.
• Consultant mindset with the ability to diagnose business problems and propose actionable, data-based solutions.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Good presentation skills.
