What you will do

  • Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements and use cases from stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the implementation of solutions.
  • Create clear process flows and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar professional role.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in standard business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile, team-oriented environment.
