Senior Manager, AI Strategist Pre-sales – Japan (AI)

What you will do

• Advise senior executives and business leaders across Japan on AI adoption, data modernization, analytics transformation, and business innovation.
• Identify opportunities where AI, analytics, and modern data platforms can generate measurable business outcomes.
• Develop transformation strategies, roadmaps, business cases, value frameworks, and value realization approaches.
• Facilitate executive workshops, business value assessments, strategy sessions, briefings, and customer engagements.
• Partner with sales, solution engineering, customer success, consulting, product, and strategic alliance teams to advance complex enterprise opportunities.
• Provide industry thought leadership, market intelligence, customer insights, and input into go-to-market strategies for Japan.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, industry advisory, business transformation, enterprise architecture, pre-sales, strategy, or customer-facing leadership.
• Experience working with large enterprise organizations in Japan and engaging C-level executives.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, analytics, modern data platforms, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to influence complex enterprise opportunities and collaborate across matrixed organizations.
• Business-level Japanese and professional English communication skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, data science, economics, or a related discipline.
