What you will do

• Work on customer projects involving system design, architecture, integration, implementation, migration, sizing, benchmarking, testing, and technical documentation.
• Provide consultative support for implementation, onboarding, production launches, and proofs of concept.
• Handle L1–L3 support cases and provide hands-on architectural, technical, and migration assistance.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales on product roadmap input and account plans.
• Create documentation, knowledge-base content, learning materials, reference architectures, blogs, and benchmark results.
• Support hiring and mentoring while participating in on-call coverage and regional customer travel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, support, technical account management, engineering/SRE, or project management.
• 5+ years implementing, operating, or supporting scalable, fault-tolerant distributed database management systems.
• Strong knowledge of DBMS, OLAP, cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, system or network administration, and big data.
• Experience leading and delivering large-scope technical projects with experienced engineers.
• Expertise with a public cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and infrastructure-as-a-service offerings such as EC2.

Nice to have

• Experience with ClickHouse, open-source technologies, or data pipelines such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, or RabbitMQ.
• Additional experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS.
