What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and recruitment teams on quality placements, including bulk and leadership hiring.
• Manage employee induction, onboarding, engagement, and the timely resolution of employee queries.
• Partner with Operations on performance appraisals, probation management, retention initiatives, and employee redeployment.
• Conduct exit interviews and post-exit follow-ups, and report on attrition and retention trends.
• Build effective partnerships with Operations, HR Shared Services, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and Learning & Development.
• Support HR analytics, administration, operational plans, and HR projects.

Requirements

• Matric qualification.
• Proven experience in an HR Generalist role; contact-centre or BPO HR experience is preferred.
• Experience with employee relations, HR administration, HR analytics, recruitment and selection, induction, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation.
