What you will do
- Provide end-to-end HR operations and support for employees at overseas subsidiaries.
- Communicate with local employees and resolve cross-regional HR matters.
- Establish efficient HR processes and develop global policies adapted to local regulations.
- Report subsidiary HR status and key issues to executive leadership.
- Plan culture integration and employee engagement initiatives across overseas offices.
- Manage HR data and prepare reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on HR experience across recruiting, operations, organizational development, compensation, or employee relations.
- Business-level English required for effective communication with native English-speaking colleagues.
- Experience preparing reports for and communicating with executive leadership.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, prioritization, and schedule management across time zones.
- Experience working with different cultural backgrounds and strong cross-functional and cross-regional communication skills.
Nice to have
- HR experience in an overseas subsidiary or multinational organization.
- Experience with global HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in major countries.
- Experience with HR analytics, translation or interpretation, or relevant HR certifications.
