Deal Desk Specialist (SaaS)

What you will do

• Support the accurate processing and documentation of sales requests, quotes, proposals, and standard contract documents.
• Track deal progress and maintain organized deal files and records.
• Generate sales quotes using CPQ tools under supervision and assist with contract distribution.
• Coordinate information and deal approvals across sales, finance, legal, and the Deal Desk team.
• Use CRM and contract management systems, including Salesforce and Ironclad, while maintaining accurate data.
• Document deal desk processes and follow internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or a similar role in a SaaS or technology company.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and administrative work.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and CPQ systems.
• Experience with Salesforce or Ironclad.
• Basic knowledge of SaaS and subscription-based business models.
