TL;DR
User Engagement Advocate (SaaS): Nurturing and growing the SMB and e-commerce customer base by managing the post-purchase journey and driving contract renewals. Focus on building long-lasting relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid or Office-Based)

What you will do
- Take the lead in driving account growth and expanding the SMB user base.
- Manage the post-purchase customer journey from initial adoption to expansion.
- Actively identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for users, organizing onboarding sessions and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless user experiences and advocacy.
- Travel to user sites as needed for meetings, support, and engagement.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills for phone and email interactions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented approach to working independently and within a team.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of customer success methodologies.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with Salesforce.
