Business Development, Technical Partner (AI Infrastructure): Structuring and closing complex datacenter development, colocation, infrastructure finance, and AI compute opportunities with an accent on power procurement, site evaluation, capacity commercialization, and stakeholder relationships. Focus on translating enterprise compute requirements into build specifications, negotiating financing and capacity frameworks, and coordinating infrastructure, legal, finance, engineering, and government stakeholders.

What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate ground-up datacenter and colocation opportunities.
- Assess sites based on power availability, utility interconnection timelines, critical load capacity, cooling, fiber access, and physical security.
- Structure agreements involving capacity reservations, backstops, construction-phase financing, and long-term commercialization.
- Build enterprise customer relationships and translate compute requirements into site-level infrastructure specifications.
- Coordinate opportunities from origination through close with account executives and internal infrastructure, legal, finance, and engineering teams.
- Maintain strategic relationships with Israeli government stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Direct experience with datacenter development, including site due diligence, power procurement, utility negotiations, critical systems design, and construction milestones.
- Experience in investment banking, infrastructure-focused private equity, project finance, or a comparable field.
- Ability to structure and negotiate capacity backstops, long-term offtake agreements, construction financing, and sale-leaseback arrangements.
- Experience engaging with Israeli government institutions, defense-adjacent agencies, or regional regulatory bodies.
- Ability to coordinate complex, long-term deals across technical, financial, legal, and executive stakeholders without direct authority.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across engineering, finance, executive, and government audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with power purchase agreements, utility interconnection, substation construction, or energy infrastructure financing.
- Existing relationships in the Israeli technology, government, or infrastructure ecosystem.
- Knowledge of GPU compute density, high-performance networking, or managed inference workloads.
- 8+ years of experience at the intersection of infrastructure development, finance, and enterprise commercial relationships.
- Experience at a top-tier infrastructure, project finance, or strategy advisory firm.
