What you will do
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and winning new business with mid-market and enterprise GTM teams.
- Own full-cycle sales deals, from discovery to closing, with a consultative approach.
- Diagnose complex technical needs and build custom solutions using Webhooks and APIs.
- Leverage GenAI tools, LLMs, and automation workflows to enhance prospecting and deal strategy.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including CROs and Heads of RevOps, to demonstrate product value.
- Orchestrate advanced data pipelines to improve efficiency and personalization in the sales process.
Requirements
- Must be based in Tel Aviv and able to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in office).
- 1–5 years of experience as a RevOps practitioner, GTM Engineer, or Automation Expert.
- Deep hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Strong knowledge and active experimentation with LLMs (specifically Claude) for GTM use cases.
- Ability to read API documentation and communicate effectively with both engineers and C-level executives.
- Strong relationship-building skills and curiosity to solve complex technical problems.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern GTM ecosystems such as Clay, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Background in technical sales or engineering roles.
