Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv (3 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end expansion and retention lifecycle for a customer portfolio.
  • Identify and close complex expansion deals within the existing customer base.
  • Lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Develop Mutual Success Plans to drive product adoption and customer outcomes.
  • Use GenAI tools to improve prospecting, stakeholder mapping, and deal execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management, B2B SaaS Sales, or quota-carrying commercial roles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas and commercial targets.
  • Must be based in Tel Aviv for a hybrid work model (3 days in office).
  • Experience using GenAI tools in a daily professional workflow to automate execution.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with executive-level decision-makers.
